Wireless limit Router: settings to change

No matter whether you have a Router of Telecom or a Fritz-Box, basically, you need to note the following:
  1. You need to find the IP address of your router (in the manual and usually on the Router's back panel). Enter this in the URL of your browser.
  2. Now you will be asked for your device password (the default password is in the manual, if you have changed it, you need to take your new password). You are now already in the Router menu.
  3. You may need your Internet access data (if you log in for the first Time, you may be asked for it).

Wi-Fi settings: time limit

The menu arrived, you must call the Wi-Fi settings, the time limit to make.
  1. In General, there are in each Router menu, select "network" at the left edge of the screen. You click on it.
  2. Then click on "Wi-Fi".
  3. Change the wireless settings of "on" or "Off" to "time controlled".
  4. You can now decide whether to select the switching times "Daily" or "Individual". In the case of "Daily", you can enter the desired times of Day for each day, in the case of "Individually", you can select the individual days themselves and, of course, times of the Day set.
  5. You have set everything to your Liking, click "Save" to save all settings made.
  6. You can then log out again.
Please note: Depending on the provider, the menu and the names may be slightly different, the basic procedure remains the same. You should not use your IP address to find out, you will find help in this practical tip.
