The mean CPU utilization?
The CPU-load, the current processing power of your computer, in percent. The more calculation time your PC just for running processes needs, the higher the percentage of CPU utilization. The more cores your CPU has, the less each individual core is claimed. Thus, the CPU utilization is low.
To see the current CPU load
- Simultaneously press the following keys to open up Task Manager: [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Del]. Under Windows 7 a new window where you start the button "Task Manager will open up" button.
- Click in the "Windows Task Manager" on the tab "processes" to display the currently running processes. Click on the entry "CPU" to sort the processes by their CPU usage.
- Under the tab "performance" will display the current CPU utilization graphically as bar charts.
