Data Transfer from PC to PC via USB
With the correct USB cable , you can get the two computers to connect, and so the data is easily transferred. Since most USB cables have on one side a PC connection, you must purchase a special cable for 10 to 20 euros. The Transmission works similar to a USB Stick.

Also with Wi-Fi or LAN, you can transfer the data, if both PCs access the same network:
- Click on the Windows button (formerly Start), and open the control panel. Under "network" you will find the "network and sharing center".
- Here you need to select the "Advanced sharing settings" in the left column and then on "HomeGroup and sharing options" click.
- In the area of "Public" you need to turn off the "Password protection sharing", in order to allow your other PC de access to the Transmission.
- Now you just need to share the folder for the data exchange: Simply right-click on the folder to open the context menu and under "properties" "sharing" and then the "Advanced sharing" to enable (see image).
