Phone does not ring for incoming Calls – what you can do
- Make sure that the phone is not on silent. You can check this by Pressing and Holding the [*] key.
- Alternatively, you can also check in the "settings" of the phone, under "volume" if the volume of the phone is set too low.
- Also, you should make sure in the settings of the phone, that is a valid ringtone for incoming calls is set.
- In some settings, you can set up a power-saving feature for the phone. You disable this setting, as these are often responsible for the error.
- Also, you should be in the Router to see if there is "telephony" a "do not disturb" is set.
- In order for the phone to ring, you need to have the correct phone number in your Router set up.
- If there is a Call on the phone is not possible, you should have your phone number from your provider, check.
