Updates on the Media Receiver, install
There is a Problem with your Media Receiver, can Update help. These are usually installed automatically, in case of problems, you must start the Update manually.
- Check that the Media Receiver has a connection to the Internet.
- Turn off the Media Receiver to the back of the power switch.
- Wait 10 seconds, and then turn the device back on.
- You see on the screen the message "Start", switch the device off again.
- Repeat this process another three Times, looking for the Media Receiver for Updates.
- An Update is available, it is installed automatically.
- Wait until the Media Receiver is ready for use again.

Was your Problem due to the Update not solved, you can use the Media Receiver, reset to factory settings.
