Number pad in Windows to activate
To activate the number block permanently, it only needs a small intervention in the Registry:
- Simultaneously press the "Windows"key and "R".
- Type in there "regedit", click "OK" and confirm the subsequent security query with "Yes".
- On the left, click the arrow in front of "HKEY_CURRENT_USER". Then do the same for the folder "Control Panel" and "Keyboard“ (see image).
- From there you can select the file "InitialKeyboardIndicators" with a double click.
- Then set its value to "2" and click "OK". After the next restart of the number block will be activated automatically.
