Nvidia: games with a dedicated graphics card to run
Have you in addition to your Onboard graphics card is an Nvidia model, you need the current graphic driver for your Hardware. You can then assign the card to each of the Games and programs:
- Download the latest driver and install it on your PC.
- Then start the "Nvidia control panel".
- In the left column, select "manage 3D settings" and switch to the Tab "program settings".

- Install the latest driver Version for your ATI video card.
- You run the "Catalyst Control Center" and from the menu, select "power management" the Option "Switchable Graphics".
- Then click on "Browse" and find the Exe file of the desired game.
- Click here to either "Power Saving" or "High Performance" to use the ATI card for the game. While the latter provides more Power, protects the first Option your Laptop battery when playing.
