Phone to the Fritzbox always occupied – possible causes
If the phone and the Fritzbox is always busy, can come from several causes in question. Below, we provide you some solutions:
- You should First make sure your phone is properly connected to the Fritzbox.
- Also, verify that in the box the correct phone number is listed. This can be in the user interface under "telephony" > "Own numbers" check.
- There you can set under "port settings", and location information. Check if these are set correctly.
- You can also try to start the Fritzbox new. You can do this in the menu under "System" > "backup" > "restart“.
