Print cartridge the Brother switch – so go ahead
Turn on the printer first, before you start. This prevents the drying of the ink.
- In order to reach the cartridge, you must open the cover of the printer to the top. The cartridges are moved automatically in the middle.
- Depending on the model, you will have to solve either a locking mechanism or the cartridge by Pressing the mounting bracket. For Details, refer to the manual.
- You have taken the old cartridge out, remove the new cartridge, the protection film before you use it. Basically, you should unpack the cartridge until shortly before use of the protective film.
- Now you need to insert the new cartridge carefully. Also here you need to press gently, but firmly. You should hear a creaking sound. This indicates that the cartridge is locked in place.
- Finally, you need to close the lid. The new cartridge should now the printer is recognized and ready to use.
