Password enter the Alice-Modem
There are some reasons why the Alice-Modem accepts the password. The following solutions you can try:
- Enter "192.168.1.1" or "http://alice.box" in the address bar of your browser. Now you should be able to as in the screenshot your password for the Alice-Modem enter.
- After delivery, there is initially no password, enter nothing and click "Save".
- If you use Firefox, go to "settings" -> "privacy", select "tell sites no preference on the tracking of my activities" and you try again to enter your password.
- In older versions of Firefox, you must notify the check in the "sites that I don't want to be tracked".
- At the latest after a restart of Firefox, the password prompt should work.
- If not, you can reset the Modem by Opening your modem, plug in a wire or a needle for ten seconds in the Reset.

- If nothing has worked, you can contact 02 customer service at "0180 40 55 222". Then press 3 to be on the technique through.
