XBOX Live contact details: helpline and co. for the Support
In the case of XBOX Live, the Support is slightly different than other manufacturers. Here there is no phone number or E-Mail address to which you can apply easily at any time.
- Instead, you will need this help-site of Microsoft open.
- Then select the product that your Problem with XBOX Live.
- Choose from the many categories, the most appropriate description of your problem, and click on them.
- In the section "Have you tried this solution already?" you can now find some solutions to common problems. The not answered your question, scroll down to the section "Choose a contact method".
- Here you can choose between various contact options. Note that the number of contact information, depending on the selected topic is different.

You have gone through the above steps, you can select up to four contact options:
- Twitter: the Button "Tweet" to go to Twitter. There, you can submit your question in English to "@Xbox support". Between 06:00 and 24:00, and usually within a few minutes an answer.
- Community: many of the topics you can browse directly to the Community Forum, or even a volunteer member of the Community chat. Please note, however, that it is only other players and not a Microsoft employee.
- Hotline: Alternatively, you can request a call from XBOX Support. To do this, you need an account with XBOX Live. After logging in, you can describe your Problem and specify your phone number. You know, as long as you are still on a call will have to wait.
- Chat: you can chat with the XBOX Support. For this, log in with your XBOX Live Account to describe your Problem and wait for a response from the employee. It usually takes only a few minutes.
