System requirements for The Witcher 3 are very high
The Witcher 3 will be released on 19. May 2015. The requirements for the PC are unusually high:
- Processor: The manufacturer recommends at least an Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3 GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 940. For a gaming experience in the highest resolution you will need an Intel Core i7 3770 3.4 GHz or AMD FX-8350 4 GHz.
- Video card: For the Schedule display, you need at least a Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7870. It is recommended a Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 or AMD Radeon R9 290.
- Memory: the game does not overload your System, you need at least 6 GB of RAM. Are recommended even 8 GB.
- OS, memory, DirectX: in Addition, you need the 64-Bit Version of Windows 7, 8 or 8.1. DirectX 11 40 GB of free disk space are also necessary.
