In "The Sims 4" get a Job terminate – so it goes
In "The Sims 4" have your Sims different ways to work. If your Sim is not happy, or to fit a different career to better his goals, he may terminate the current Job. So, go ahead:
- Select the Sim to quit his Job.
- Click on the phone at the bottom and select the house icon for "career/household".
- Scroll down and click on "quit Job". Your Sim is calling now on the job and terminates the Job.
- You will be asked if you want to terminate the Job really. Confirm with "Ok". Your Sim is now unemployed and can go in a new career.

So your Sim won't only be unemployed, you can switch the Job easy. So, go ahead:
- Select "Job search" on the phone while your Sim has an active Job.
- As soon as you confirm with "Ok" the new Job is terminated in the old location, and your Sim has a new Job.
