Sims by the settings of age – so it goes
In the game options you can set very detailed, as you can let your Sims aging. Top right, click on the three dots while viewing a city. Then, select "game options" and then "Gameplay".

Sim older – with a birthday cake
If you want to let any Sim older, you can bake a birthday cake.

- Click on the finished cake, and select "birthday candles add".
- Then switch to the Sim to be older, and select "candle blow out". The Sims turn after the Blow out. You can perform this as often as you like until your Sim reaches the appropriate age level.
