PS4 Party Voice Chat too quiet - what to do?

If the Party Voice Chat on your PS4 too quiet, this could be due to a not correctly configured volume regulation. In the settings you find the Option that is the volume of your Voice Chat Partner to your liking and adapt. We explain to you how it works.

For the configuration of the volume for the Party Voice-Chat, there are two different options. You can call up the appropriate menu with the controller settings or in the General menu of the PS4. Please note that your Headset must be connected for making the settings.

• Navigate in the Haumptmenü your PS4 to the point "settings" and select below "devices".
• Open the "audio devices" and then "Headset and headphones".
• Now, you will see a volume Slider that you can adjust as desired.
• You can access this menu at any time in the game on a faster way. You simply hold the Playstation Button on your Controller a little longer to down, and then select "adjust devices". Here you can adjust the volume on your headset for the Party Voice-Chat, under "volume control (headphones)".
