PES 2016: Flat free-kicks transform
Flat shots are particularly effective, if you are coming along under the wall. Then the goalkeeper can see the Ball late.
- You aim with the finish line in a corner of the gate. The far corner is usually covered by the goalkeeper, the short of the wall.
- If you are more side on to the goal, choose the far corner. The short is always covered with the wall, here you need luck that the wall is expecting a high Ball, and jumps.
- You hold the left Stick when you shoot down to shoot flat.
- Press the shot button longer than normal free kicks, more power makes the Ball not much higher jump. It is only a little more likely to shoot next to the gate.
- You hold a high probability of a hit the shot button pressed until the bar is filled to about 75 percent.

PES 2016: Normal free kicks turn
In a normal free kick, you should try to shoot a high Ball into the angle, usually over the wall.
- Normal free kicks are the classic free-kicks from the edge of the Penalty box about 20 meters from the gate.
- With the dotted target line, you should aim here, too, in the angle.
- With average free kick to protect you should the shot bar is about to charge 40 percent, a fairly strong but, above all, aimed shot to fire off.
