Origin: user name (Origin ID) change
Behind-the-Origin-ID is your user name hidden in the end. In order for other players to find your Origin profile. The user name you can change easily in the Browser:
- Open the EA Homepage and log in to your account.
- To do this, select in the upper right corner of the [Log in]. A small window will open. Enter your E-Mail address and the associated password.
- Then click in the top right of your profile image, and select "account settings".
- In the tab "About me" click next to "General information" on the Button [edit].
- For safety, EA sends you a six digit Code sent to your registered E-Mail address. Enter this to continue.
- You can now change your ID to the desired user name and click "Save".
- Note: if the desired Account Name is already in use, you receive an error message. In this case, select a different Origin ID.
Your Origin ID change it at any time through the EA-Homepage.
