If it's not on the PS3 this helps
It is possible that your TV was classified incorrectly as not HD-capable. We will tell you what you can do about it:
- Press the [PS] button on your Controller.
- Open the "display settings" and change here in the "Video settings".
- Then switch to "HDMI" > "user defined".
- In order to set all of the hooks ensure that the display is correctly transmitted.
PS3: Maxdome is not
PS3: Maxdome's not - other causes
- Make sure that you have a constant Internet connection.
- Check in the system information on your PS3, if there is an Update for your console.
- Also check whether there is a new Version for the Maxdomeapplication out there.
- Also, check whether the Streaming service is working properly. You can see this the Fault site call.
- Try to restart your console. This also helps often the case of problems.
- Try it again at a later date, because the service could in the short term can not be reached.
- You can also try the default settings of the console, with no game content will be lost.
- To do this, go into the "settings" > "System settings" and select the Option "restore default settings".
