GTA 5: the game hangs in the loading screen of Story mode
- Internet connection: Are the servers for the Cloud services of GTA 5 is not available, you can freeze the loading screen. Disconnect the Internet connection and start the game again.
- Read error: dirty CD or scratched, can't load your console, the storage stands. You can remove the CD and clean it.
- Erase: Perform the first Backup of the game on an external data carrier such as an USB Stick by. You can now delete the game from the main memory and try to load a new game. The Save, your real game is, unfortunately, defective.
