- You ride with Trevor in the North of the map through the country to appear on random missions on the map.
- In these small missions people ask for your help. You want to drive people to a particular place, instead they bring them to the altruists.
- The altruists are considered to be cannibal. What exactly happens with the Victims is uncertain, with a high probability of this to be eaten, however.
- In the case of the first delivery, you will receive the trophy "acolyte of the altruists". Depending on the hitchhiker you can get from the altruists 1000 dollars or an increase of the driving skills.
- Note: hitchhikers can you take with you after the Mission "nervous Ron", and only with Trevor.
