Connection to the Server has expired: problems with Apex Legends
Since Apex Legends as a BR Shooter, only online works you rely on the Server to join. The error "connection to the Server has expired" usually has one of the following three causes:
- Apex Legends servers are down: If the servers are overloaded or require maintenance, you can't play but just wait and see. If there are problems there, we'll let you know, for example, on the official Twitter page.
- Inactive for too long: Have you spent a long time in the start screen without moving the mouse, you will be kicked due to inactivity from the Server.
- Problems with the Internet connection: If your Internet or it is very slow, the time is exceeded the connection to the Apex Legends is provided. You will get the error message and the connection breaks.
Problems with the Internet, solve
While you can do against Server problems, a slow Internet connection, often fix. The following steps will help:
- Close Streams, YouTube Videos, & co. if you Apex want to play, to have a better Ping to have. Stop all the Downloads on other devices, such as Smartphones, other computers and so on.
- Reboot the Router by disconnecting it for about 15 seconds from the power.
- Run a DSL Speed Test to check whether your connection is generally very slow.
- If you play Apex-Fi, it can cause more problems than a wired connection. Check whether you are able to keep via LAN cable the connection to the Server.
- Your Internet is slow, call your Internet providers to get to technical support.
