SIM card with Vodafone CallYa Tariff exchange
- Quick and easy to go through the Vodafone customer service. They can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the number 0172/2290229.
- Also in the Shop you can leave your card swap. The Store should have the appropriate SIM card in stock, you can take these directly.
- In addition, a new SIM you can order online. Go to My Vodafone and login.
- Select "New SIM card number out of order", for which you need a new SIM card and the reason why this is the case.
- The new card will be sent subsequently by post.

Unfortunately, the exchange of the SIM card is not free.
- For contract customers 9,90 euros for the replacement of the SIM card.
- Prepaid customer numbers, however, with around 5 Euro, only the half of it.
