Sky Go install how to on iPhone and Android-Smartphone

Shortly after the Release of Sky Q has the Apps from Sky, things changed. In addition to iOS are now also supported Android Smartphones from all manufacturers.

1. Just download the Sky Go iOS App or the Sky Go App for Android download. The Download is free.
2. Log in with your customer number or e-Mail address as well as your four-digit Sky PIN.
3. You should not PIN have or have you forget, you can use the PIN on the following Link from Sky request.
4. Both the iPhones as well as Android Smartphones do not have to belong to the Sky Go App to the latest devices. On iOS, you need a minimum of iOS 9.0, on Android, it must be at least the already very as Android 4.1.

The official Sky Go App for Android is in Play Store only for selected devices from Samsung, Sony and Google. On the Link you can download the App directly from the Play Store and use it. If that doesn't work, you have to go an alternative way:

1. First, open the settings on your Android Smartphone.
2. Select the category "security" the Option "Unknown origin".
3. You accept the note, the function is activated. Apps can also be from external sources install.
4. Download the Sky Go APK download and open the file after the Download.
5. After Installation, you can open the Sky Go and log in to their Account.

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone and tap the bottom right "Search".
2. Enter "Sky Go" and select the appropriate search result.
3. Tap the top to "Load" or the cloud icon to install the App.
4. You can then open Sky Go and on the upper left of the menu, log in to their Account.
