Weather App does not update – you can do
- You can open the App's settings by tapping the top right on the three dots and select "settings". Look for the setting "Automatic update" and select "Without". To update the App now, tap on the two round arrows.
- Turn on the GPS of your smartphone. The App searches for your location, to provide you with the exact weather.
- If you do not wish to use this function, open the settings of the App as described above and remove the check in the "Current location".
- Possibly the servers are currently busy or not available. Try it again at a later date.
- You can also set the App to restart. To do this, open the settings of your smartphone and then "Apps". Are you looking for the weather App and tap the name. Select then delete the "data". After that, the App needs to be re-created.
- A restart of the smartphone can also help. You try on a "normal" reboot to remove without the battery.
