Samsung Galaxy S5: SD card is inserted correctly
The Galaxy S5 supports memory cards in the Micro SD Format. This is a place under the battery:
- For this, switch off your Smartphone and remove the plastic cover from the back.
- Carefully remove the battery. Below you can find the reduction for the Micro-SD card.
- Insert the card with the contacts facing down into the recess and carefully slide it under the metal holder. Finally, firmly press the other end gently.
- Now you can insert the battery again and your Smartphone will start. Before you data on the card to copy, you should install it on the Smartphone format.

- Turn off your phone, remove the cover from the Smartphone back and remove the battery.
- Push your SD card and move them down a bit. In the process, you should proceed while carefully, but not gently, still pressing.
