The Ringtone for your smartphone you can extend simply by the tax code. How this works, we will explain in this practical tip.

Ringtone duration to extend to the Smartphone

In the case of many Smartphones the Ringtone is set by default. Mostly to voice-mail after 15 or 30 seconds. So you extend the ringtone duration:
  1. Enter into the keypad on your Smartphone, the following tax code: **61*[Voicemail number mobile phone provider]**[time in seconds]#
  2. Instead of the "Voicemail number", enter your mailbox by choice. Depending on your phone provider, there are four different control codes: Telecom (Congstar): 3311; Vodafone: 5500; E-Plus: 9911; o2: 333.
  3. For the time, in seconds, choose between 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 45 or 60.
  4. Then, tap the call button. Within a few seconds you will receive a confirmation Pop-up on your successful Changes.
