Logbook iPhone app: Alternative without additional necessary hardware
An alternative to the Lexware product without additional hardware is the logbook iPhone app by Stefan Meyer for 7.99 euros. Both apps are similar in terms of operation, but there are also some minor differences.
- While with Lexware you get exact recording thanks to the included plug, this app records your data using Google Maps: And that can lead to fluctuations. So you have to additionally check the kilometers driven here.
- You can export the logbook for free as PDF, CSV and fahrtenbuch.cloud. Formats such as INtex or DATEV and WISO are available as in-app purchases.
- For this app you need iOS 3.1 or higher, since version 9.3.7 it has also been optimized for iOS 12.
