Password in the Play store, reset
- This Google password assistance page , call First to set up a new password.
- There you will be shown three options. You decide for the First: "I don't know my password".
- Then, you enter an Email address to legitimize by itself. This can be the Email address you use to sign in to Google but also to your Gmail address. Alternatively, you can take the Email address that you used when you sign in to Google.
- Google then resets your password and sends you an e-Mail to the specified e-mail address and you can set a new password.
