Debitel: Tariff online, switch
Your Debitel Tariff, you can easily switch online. For this you need only your log-in data. If you do not have these, you must first perform an initial registration.
- Log in to the website of Debitel, a.
- Then select in the above bar as a sub item of "My mobilcom-debitel" in the "My contracts" from.
- Here you will find the Overview of your current contract. Under "contract type" you see on the right side of the possibility of "change of tariff".
- You can now compare rates and easily start the change. You should, however, not to be displayed, so a change of tariff, which is currently not possible or you need to contact customer support record.
