Blau.de: data volume is used up - you can do
As soon as your high-speed runs out of data volume, you can surf either throttled, or they can buy additional volume.
- Might be worth it for you, but not 1 GByte of data volume zuzubuchen, if you would only have to surf for a day or two throttled. So, weigh how urgent you need your new data volume.
- In the case of Blau.de you can set each data rate to the month beginning. In the case of 1 GByte of data volume this Reset will cost you 3 Euro, 3 GB and 5 GB you have to pay 9 euros.
- Depending on your data plan, you can buy only the amount of data, which also includes your normal contract. You can book the additional volume by sending an SMS with the content "JA" to the shortcode 66402.
- Note: For a long time, the complaints are not or only sometimes piling up that the charging method does not work. Some of the User reports, however, that a charge on the Blue Hotline is easily possible.
- For a call to the Hotline, you should always have your Online PIN of Europe, you will find in your documents.
