Smartphone via Google account to unlock
The Unlock-disable pattern, you need to use your previously-configured Google account. Please also note that you need an Internet connection via a mobile network:
- After you enter your pattern five times incorrectly, will appear at the bottom of the screen the "forgot pattern". You tap on it.
- Then enter your Google Login data and confirm with the Login Button.
- Your old Unlock pattern is now deleted. In the following step, you can set up a new screen lock.
