App Cache on Android empty
In the settings under Android, you can empty the Cache for each App individually. What is the Cache exactly is and why you delete it should be, we explain in a separate article. Here, you can proceed in different ways:
- Press and hold the desired App Icon for a few seconds on the home screen or on the Overview of all the Apps, called the App Drawer, until a small menu appears. From there you can select the small "i" sign or the name of the "App Details".
- Alternative route: go in the settings App to the "Apps". Depending on the surface and Android Version of the item can vary. Select the App whose Cache you want to empty, by tapping on it.
- You choose the Button "force Stop force" (possibly also "Finish"). This Option prevents the background processes of an App are running, and so the Cache fills to Delete directly.
- Tap last updated on "memory" and "Empty the Cache".
