WhatsApp control: The Alexa (in)officially (not) can
Alexa can have many tasks in everyday life easier: a smart assistant for you shopping lists to help you remember appointments and more. But Alexa can also manage WhatsApp messages?
- A official support from WhatsApp for Alexa, it currently does not.
- To write WhatsApp messages and to read, you depend on your Smartphone.
- Only one private developer has released a Alexa Skill, the power, the dictate of WhatsApp messages.
- The Skill is not officially supported however, and is in breach of the terms and conditions of WhatsApp, which could lead to a blocking of your account. The Installation is also not easy. For more information on the project, Alexa WhatsApp Skill can be found on GitHub.
- If you are not a risk you want to, you can use your Smart wizard the WhatsApp messages read out aloud and even voice messages to send.

Chat with Alexa: how it works
