Grundig: customer service via Hotline and email
Grundig offers countless Hotlines and E-Mail addresses for the individual products and areas of the company. What is the phone number and e-Mail address is your concern right, you will find out about the website.
- To do this, open the Support website of Grundig and click on the tab "Hotline".
- Then select from the list the type of product, they are out of the question. Grundig divided into categories, for example, in entertainment electronics, large appliances, and SATELLITE systems.
- On the right side up to four categories, in consumer electronics, for example, "product", "repair", "accessories-/spare-part orders" and "General inquiries" appear. Here you can select the one for your concern to the appropriate sub-menu.

Grundig: contact form for General inquiries
You can find the above selection of a suitable Hotline or you do not want to contact Grundig by phone, you can also use an Online contact form.
- Open the Support website of Grundig and click on "contact us".
- Fill in the predetermined fields of the contact form and specify, in particular, your name and E-Mail address.
- On "send request" to send your concerns to the Grundig Support.
- In most cases you will receive within a few hours or days for a reply by E-Mail.
