Webcam in Skype disable
- Click in the Skype window at the top click the tab "actions" and then click "options...".
- In the options window on the left, click "call settings".
- Select "video settings", the settings for the Webcam call.
- Under the point "Show that I have a Webcam" before the entry "nobody", a hook. Finally, you also have in front of the entry to "anyone" under "Video and video transmissions to automatically receive..." a hook.
- Confirm with a click on "Save".
- Caution: your Webcam is not disabled completely, but is not used by Skype only. How to use your Webcam to permanently disable it, go here.
