Renault: Navi update

To keep your maps up to date, you should update from time to time, your Renault Navi. We will show you step by step how you should proceed.

Renault Navi-Update: What you need

For an Update on your Renault Navi to play, you need a USB Stick with at least 4GB of memory size.
You will also need a Windows-computer and Internet access.

Insert the USB Stick into your GPS device and select the Display will show "Nav".
On the following page, tap at the bottom to "Options", then on the right arrow to scroll, and finally, to "Map Update".
A new window will appear. Tap here again "Options".
Now you will see a dialog window. Here, select "Update" and confirm the following query with "Yes".
As soon as the required information is loaded to the USB Stick, you will receive a message about it. Confirm with "OK". Now you can remove the Stick safely.

You will have the information from the Navi on the Stick, connect it to your computer and navigate your Browser to the website renault.naviextras.com.
On the right side you will find the "NAVIEXTRAS TOOLBOX DOWNLOAD". Click on it and install the Tool after downloading.
As soon as you click after the installation routine, click "Finish", the program will start automatically. Next, you need to login with your user name and password. Create a new profile, if you do not already have one.
On the overview page, select in the left menu the item "Updates". Do you already have content, it will be displayed and you can click on "Install".
Under "Downloads" you can buy new maps or content. Once you have completed the purchase process, will appear with this content in "Updates" and can be downloaded.
You have downloaded an update, disconnect the USB Stick from the computer and connect it with your GPS device.
Updates on the Stick are present, the Navi automatically and displays a confirmation window. Confirm with "Yes".
Once the upgrade is complete, confirm with "Ok" and disconnect the USB-Stick. Your Navi is now updated.
