Note: This tip applies to Powerpoint 2010 on Windows 7.
Open your presentation in Powerpoint.
Click on the "view" tab and below click on the Option "note page".
A new window will open. In the lower field you can now enter your notes.
You go finally back to the "view" tab and select "Normal".
Your notes are docked then under the film.

In order to see the notes yourself and you are only for your viewers to be invisible, you must set the view in Powerpoint accordingly.
To do this, connect the projector to your Laptop and select "extend the display".
You open Powerpoint and click "slide show" -> "slide show setup".
If you choose lower "Multiple monitors" and "Display on screen 2" and click on "presentation view".
As soon as you start the presentation, your audience sees the presentation in full-size while you see a smaller section with the notes.
