To reset your Nokia Lumia to factory settings
If you reset your Lumia Smartphone, erase the data from the phone. You back up your personal files externally.
- Open the settings.
- Scroll down in the list and go to "Info".
- Now click on "reset your phone". Confirm again to start the process.
