No sound in After Effects you can do
For the Animation, or creation of movies Adobe After Effects helps you. Is played but no sound, you should check the audio track:
- You have inserted a Video in After Effects, the sound is played only when you click on "RAM preview". This is right next to the Play Button.
- You may have disabled the sound for this Video. Therefore, make sure that you have set the hook in the audio track.
- Note that you must specify when you render that the sound is to be rendered. Otherwise, the Video remains mute and no sound is played. To do this, set the check in the "audio output".
- You may have chosen an unsupported Format. On this page you can see which formats to Adobe After Effects compatible.
- Also, make sure that your system sound is enabled. You make this, double click on the speaker icon in the taskbar, and then drag all the Sliders up.
- To test whether the After Effects imports the file correctly, press and hold the [CTRL] key and move the mouse over the movie in the Timeline. If you hear no sound, was not importing the file correctly or is corrupt.
- Note: Note that these functions only work with a full version of Adobe After Effects. In the free trial version, some settings are not available.
