Document edge will be cropped when Printing
In the following guide we will solve the Problem for Word 2013. In other programs the procedure is similar.
- Click on the top left in Word, on the item "file" and go to the category "Word".
- Under the "settings" you will find an Option to Set the page margins. May was adjusted slightly.
- This does not solve the Problem, click below on the Option "page setup". Then a small window will open.
- You can switch to the tab "paper" and select in the category of paper size to the custom paper.
- Set the width to 21 cm and height 29.7 cm. You should also see the Option "Non-printable area", select a value of zero.
- Via the Button "OK" is transferred to the new Format. The edges are no longer cut off.

Has not solved the Problem for you, you still have a small Workaround. Many users report that you can print the formatting to PDF Format easily.
- At the top, click "file" and "Save as" to a text save a document in most programs directly as a PDF.
- On the website WordToPDF you can use your Word document to upload and after a short conversion as a PDF download.
- You can then print the resulting PDF. Have you installed any Software to Open PDF files, the file can be open in Browser and print.
