Existing Videos edit
Before you can edit a Video, you need to import it first in Photoshop:
- Click in the upper left pane, click "file" and then click "Open".
- Select in the opening dialog window of your video file to be edited.
- If it is not already open, opens in the lower part of the Photoshop Video timeline.

You can not only edit existing Videos in Photoshop, but also completely new Videos with the Software:
- Create a new Photoshop project by clicking "file" and then click "New".
- You can open the Video timeline by clicking on "window" and then on "timeline".
- Create a new video project by clicking in the timeline to "Video timeline create" button. Photoshop now creates all levels of your project as video tracks in the timeline.
- A soundtrack to add, click on the music notes icon, and then click "add Audio". In the opening dialog window select the audio files. You will now be automatically inserted as the audio track.
- Already existing Videos can click to insert in your video project, by rolling in the video time bar to the movie icon.
- To edit video tracks now, you can divide these either by using the scissors icon, or hold the mouse button and move. To extend a video track or to shorten, click on the end of the track and drag the mouse pointer, or to return.
- If you want to have the video tracks to crossfade, you can select from the Transition-selection of some transitions, and effects. This open over the icon to the right of the scissors icon.

Export the Videos
Once you are with the editing and creating your Videos ready, you can export it to upload it on YouTube:
- Click on "file", then click "Export" and select in the context menu of the "Video rendering".
- It is a dialog window in which you a wide variety of export requirements and the location can choose to open.
- After you have set the preferences according to your needs, you can save the Video by clicking on the "render Video".

Not only Videos, Photoshop create. Also animated GIF files can be created.
