You send frequently E-Mails with the same content, you can create a template for a default Mail in Outlook. We will show you how to do it.

  1. In Outlook, click on the tab "Start" on the Button "New items".
  2. Select the category "Other items", the Option "choose form".
  3. At the top, click the menu "Look in" and click on the "user templates in file system".
  4. Here you will find all the self-created templates. With a double-click opens the default email can be sent.
