Automatic and Receive, you can disable the Send in Outlook quite easily. Then Emails will be sent only then, when you have time.

Automatic Send and Receive in Outlook disable

  1. Click in Outlook on the tab "Send/Receive".
  2. Select Send "/ Receive groups".
  3. To disable the automatic sending and receiving your Mails, simply click on the Option "Automatic Send/Receive disable".
