Mac OS saves the settings in a separate RAM, if the operating system is shut down. By resetting this PRAM and delete, you can solve a lot of problems.

  • Save and close first all running programs.
  • Shut down your Mac and wait for safety about 10 seconds, so the memory is also emptied really.
