Mac OS X: how to print documents as a PDF
To save your documents as a PDF file, you must first call the print menu:
- Select your current program "file" or "file" and "Print..." to get to the print Dialog. Alternatively, you can use the key combination "cmd" + "P".
- In this window you will find on the left below the button "PDF". Click on it and select "save As PDF...".
- In the next window you can select the location where the file is to be saved. In addition, you can assign a name to it. Finally, click on "Save".
