DMG Images on the Mac in ISO-files convert
With the "disk utility" allows you to convert files into different formats. You will then create a small "Trick" a ISO-file:
- Start the "disk utility". You will either find it via the Spotlight search (cmd + spacebar) or in the folder "utilities".
- Click in the menu of the disk utility program on the tab "Convert".
- Select the DMG-file and you click again on the button "Convert".
- In the next window you can specify a name. Also, you should select the Format to "DVD/CD Master".
- After the file is converted, select it and change the extension of the file name of ".dmg" to ".iso". This works by selecting a file with one click and with another click on the name.
