Preparation: tools and new Display for the iPhone 6S
- For the Display of exchange, you need a new Display as well as the right tool. To the tool two special screwdriver, a suction Cup and a plastic guitar pick to include.
- The Display, as well as the tool you will get at the iDoc. Depending on the model of one of the following repair Kits: iPhone 6 black, iPhone 6 white, iPhone 6 Plus black, iPhone 6S Plus white.
- In addition, you need a heat gun or ordinary hair dryer. The Display is glued and can only be due to heat easy to solve.

Step 1: Display the iPhone 6S open
- Turn off the iPhone 6S completely. Otherwise, it may cause a short circuit in the device.
- You heat up the edges of the Smartphone with a hair dryer or hot air blower. The iPhone 6S should only be warm, not hot. Keep enough distance to avoid damage.
- Remove the bottom of the power connector, the two screws, put the suction Cup just above the Home Button and take out the plastic guitar pick to the Hand.
- Slide the guitar pick under the Home Button between the Display and the housing. You need to pull with slight pressure on the suction Cup.
- Now drag the guitar pick on the edge of the smartphone along, until the Display raises. Insert the guitar pick only a few millimeters into the device.
- Has solved the Display at all Points, you can expand it to the top. There it is connected with a cable.
- In order not to damage the contacts, you should expand the Display a maximum at a 90-degree angle. This is mainly for the installation of the new Displays is important so that the cables are not overstretched.
- Tip: Is splintered, the Display, the suction Cup in some cases, not properly installing. You paste over the affected area over the Home Button with adhesive tape.

Step 2: Display from the iPhone 6S to expand
Note: In the following steps, you need to remove several screws from the iPhone. Place it on the included magnetic plate or make yourself a little sketch. The sorting is extremely important, because the screw is of the same type are partly of different lengths.
- Before the Expansion, you should disconnect also the battery contacts. So make sure that the phone turns on accidentally, and it is a short-circuit. Remove the two screws on the battery connector and remove the cover. You can then withdraw the plug carefully, by lifting it with a finger nail or thin screwdriver.
- The top right of the iPhone 6S, you will find a metal plate. Remove all four and remove the cover.

- Turn on the iPhone and test to see if the Display really works. All the features are available, you can turn off the iPhone 6S again.

Note: When removing the last parts and then Inserting it into the new Display, you need to be especially careful. Here, several components are bonded in addition. We therefore recommend that, in addition to the written instructions in the above Video to use from Minute 4.
- At the top of the old Display, you find a silver cover. Loosen all three screws. Remove the cover, including the little black strap.
- Lift up the front camera and remove the underlying earpiece.
- Now, special care is required. At the front camera and several other components are still hanging. The whole complex is bonded, and is best with a pair of tweezers to remove.
- The large plate behind the Display is associated with a total of 8 screws. Remove all screws and remove the plate.
- Also on the Home Button, a cover with two screws. Loosen then the cable connection and remove the Home Button.
- Now all the parts are used again in reverse in the new Display. Click remove all adhesive residue and bring the new adhesive frame.
- Connect the Display, then the housing and lock the device again.
