Vodafone Protect: New PIN set up
When you Set up the Protect App, you choose a PIN, your phone can unlock, if it is blocked by Protect. You have forgotten these, you can create quickly a new.
- Your phone is locked, you will be prompted to Use the device to enter the PIN. Directly below you will find the Button "forgot PIN?".
- If you have any questions of safety in the settings of the Protect App, you can now select and answer, to assign a new PIN.
- No security deposited of the questions, you will receive an E-Mail to the E-Mail address that you specified when you Set up the App. Here you will find further instructions on how to PIN Reset:
- Follow the instructions in the email or login to the Protect Website of Vodafone a. For this you use the data in your "My Vodafone"account.
- In the account, you can click on the profile icon and select "My user account".
- Click on "edit information" to assign a new PIN.
- Note that your phone must be turned on and mobile reception available, in order to obtain this new PIN to the Store also.
