To switch your Tariff at Unitymedia switch, follow these steps:
- The change of tariff is possible, however, with a fee for the contract transition is connected. An Overview of the applicable prices in the respective price list.
- Note that in the case of a tariff change the term of the contract is reset.
- To change your Tariff, please call customer service on 01806 / 678 4080.
- This call will cost you 20 cents from the German landline and max. 60 cents out of the mobile network. You can reach Support mon-Fri from 8-22 PM and Sat 8-20 o'clock.
