So you create a Twitter list
- Click on the Gear icon to open the menu.
- Select the menu-Dot "lists".
- With a click on the Button "create list" to create a new list.
- You name the list - optionally, you can add a description.
- Below, you can determine the privacy: Select "Public", you can follow each member of your list; you can change the selection to "Private", only you will see the list.
